1feed is a personal agentic platform with a distraction‑free UX — think Claude Code/Cursor, but for your life and work, designed for iPhone. We’re a small, senior team led by a technical founder (built 3 B2C companies; $200M+ combined valuation; 1 exit). We’re funded ($3M pre-seed) and building fast toward a polished prototype.

What you'll do

Design and build agentic systems: planners, tool‑using executors, reflection/critique loops, and multi‑agent workflows.
Own backend architecture: event‑driven and highly asynchronous services, queues, workers, retries, idempotency, and saga patterns.
Model data and state: Postgres (incl. pgvector), Redis (caching, locks, rate limits), plus search/indexing/RAG where needed.
Define clean APIs for our iOS app and any future surfaces.
Maintain code quality: tests, CI, code reviews, docs; raise the bar on performance and reliability.
Influence product: work directly with the founder on scope, trade‑offs, and roadmap.

You’re a great fit if you

Build complex asynchronous architectures with confidence.
Know modern agentic patterns and SOTA workflows; you’re obsessed with where AI can create leverage.
Are fluent in Node.js/TypeScript and comfortable with NestJS, Postgres, Redis, and BullMQ Pro.
Have shipped LLM‑powered products and can speak to latency, cost, quality, and safety trade‑offs.
Know how to boost your productivity 2-3x with SOTA AI coding tools like Claude Code.
Move fast with judgement, communicate crisply, and want meaningful ownership and impact.

Nice to have

Experience with RAG/vectors, embeddings, and prompt/eval frameworks.
iOS/SwiftUI collaboration experience.
Security/privacy by design; secrets, PII handling, and pragmatic compliance.
Product instincts and taste for simple, focused UX.
